Slaughtering and Cutting


We have newly built a 21186.7m2 standard workshop for slaughtering, processing, cutting, and packaging. The production line and all equipment, which are fully automatic, apply Danish technologies, with an annual capacity of 1 million pigs slaughtered. All steps in the cutting procedure fully comply with the food safety control system and all the operations are carried out in low-temperature environment. 

We have built a laboratory in line with the inspection and testing requirements for slaughter companies, with professional laboratory personnel in place.
