Project Summary: Huihong Industrial Co., Ltd. plans to invest 190 million yuan to build a 1 million pig slaughtering and deep processing project in the Food Processing Park of Shaoshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Project changes mainly include changes in the site, product and scale of the cooked food processing area. The main project content of this change includes the following four parts:
① Change of cooked food processing site: The original EIA cooked food processing area is located to the north of the slaughtering and processing area (I. e., the factory area to the north of Shiyuan Road). Due to the epidemic situation and financial situation, the construction of the factory area to the north is to be canceled. By adjusting the layout of the slaughtering workshop, the site of the cooked food processing area was changed to the second floor of Area A of the slaughtering workshop, with a construction area of 5000 m2.
② Production line change: the original design of the slaughtering and processing area is 2 pig slaughtering lines, with 1 million pigs slaughtered annually. After this change, there are 3 pig slaughtering lines with 1 million pigs slaughtered annually (including 1 450000 pigs/a pig slaughtering line, 1 450000 pigs/a pig slaughtering line, 1 European pig slaughtering line, with a slaughtering scale of 100000 pigs/a), after the change, the slaughtering volume of live pigs is 1 million/a, and the scale remains unchanged. The plan and production scale of cooked food processing products have changed: it is planned to cancel the construction of 2 cooked food processing production lines in the original EIA and change them to 1 sauce and marinated meat production line, 1 bacon product production line and 1 prefabricated vegetable production line. The cooked food processing scale will be increased from the original 6000t/a to 10000t/a.
③ Change the 4 t/h gas boiler approved by the original EIA to one electric steam generator (already built); Add a 0.5 t/h gas steam generator.
④ The new disinfection treatment process is added to the sewage treatment station in the plant area. After the project wastewater is treated by the "hydrolysis three-stage biochemical" process, part of the wastewater is further disinfected and then recycled to be used for slaughter circle, vehicle cleaning, road watering and plant greening irrigation, while the rest is discharged into the Youyi Bridge Sewage Treatment Station after meeting the standard treatment and discharged into the Shao River.
The labor capacity of the project is 600, 100 of whom stay in the factory area, which provides Chinese food. The annual production days of the project are 300 days. The project is a one-shift working system, 8 hours/shift, and the time is 8:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00. The total investment of the project is 190 million yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 15.925 million yuan, accounting for about 8.38 of the total investment.
